Global safety innovator streamlines product content, accelerates go-to-market operations and fuels international expansion with Centric PXM
CAMPBELL, Calif., April 14, 2026 – Centric Software® is pleased to announce the release of a success story about its customer, DENIOS. Centric Software delivers innovative, integrated, end-to-end AI-powered enterprise solutions to take products from concept to commercialization. Fashion, luxury, footwear, outdoor, home, consumer electronics, food & beverage, cosmetics & personal care as well as multi-category retail teams can plan, design, develop, source, comply, buy, make, price, allocate, assort, sell and replenish products to achieve strategic and operational digital transformation goals.
Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Bad Oeynhausen, Germany, DENIOS offers a comprehensive portfolio of catalog products and custom-engineered safety solutions. With operations in 22 countries and 19 subsidiaries, the company serves customers in chemical, logistics, pharmaceutical, automotive and industrial sectors through a multilingual B2B e-commerce platform, printed catalogs and integrated procurement channels.
As product demand increased, DENIOS outgrew its legacy Product Information Management (PIM) system, originally implemented in 2006. The heavily customized platform was fragile, costly and unable to support omnichannel operations. “If we made an update, the entire system would blow up in our face,” recalls Kai Peperkorn, Team Lead Data Excellence at DENIOS. Disconnected systems, manual workflows and rigid data structures slowed content creation, complicated translations and forced teams to rebuild product data from scratch for each new market.
Following a thorough evaluation process with over 170 defined requirements, DENIOS selected Centric PXM™—an AI-powered solution uniting PIM, Digital Asset Management (DAM), content syndication and Digital Shelf Analytics (DSA)—to centralize data, automate workflows and enable rapid global scaling.
The implementation marked a full-scale transformation. DENIOS redesigned its attribute model, integrated with SAP and migrated its entire asset library into the new system. Supporting over 15 languages, Centric PXM enables DENIOS to accelerate localization and reduce time and cost to enter new markets. Today, Centric PXM serves as the single source of truth for omnichannel product data across e-commerce, marketplaces, catalogs and tailored enterprise storefronts.
Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software, says, “We are proud to support DENIOS in its mission to deliver safety innovation at scale. Centric PXM empowers global brands to transform how they manage, enrich and deliver product content. We look forward to continuing this successful partnership.”
